Devinition participates in your project from the initiation phase. This enables the project to integrate their testing requirements within the Devinition approach. Our Test Manager will provide a Master Test Plan, in which our understanding of the project testing needs is described. After approval of the Master Test Plan we will start with the installation, configuration and the implementation of the required Testing facilities.

Your Testing facilities will be installed and configured according to your needs. We provide the Devinition testing staff to execute the tests you want to be executed. Our Test Manager will participate in your Project Meetings. The Devinition Test Manager will actively seek to find the necessary and much needed information to be able to perform the tests according to our mutual standards and expectations.

Our Test Manager will provide you, prior to the actual test runs, with a Test scenario for the upcoming test.

The Test Scenario will describe the Test input, involved modules, forecasted performance levels and outcomes, Test Script, involved parties, Start date, resource usage and expected delivery date of the test results. We will follow this iteration until the project has delivered ALL milestones and expected project results. Your Support and Systems Management staff can participate in this phase and get themselves familiar with the new environment. Your Staff will thus become more and faster knowledgeable on the new Information System

Devinition is your quality extension within your pre-production environment.

You direct the way you want your Service Level impacting RfC’s are tested professionally. Devinition will help you to lower the OPEX, whilst maintaining the requested Service Levels (or even surpass them)

By having Devinition Testing facilities integrated fully into your Change Management Process (perhaps even as a valued member of your Change Advisory Board) Devinition can enable your service level requirements, by forecasting (and testing obviously) any new Request-for-Change. We can even participate in Corrective change testing. After a success full test we change the status of the RfC package so it can be stored in your DSL and have it distributed and installed in the production environment.
